Our 90-day guarantee

We want you to actually live in your Maggies Tanks, not just try it once. Wear it, wash it, put it through a real day. If it's not the most comfortable thing in your drawer within 90 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund.

How to start a return or exchange

Email Hello@maggiestanks.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll confirm the details and send you instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

• Returns made within 90 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the item price.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on a refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item, depending on your bank.
  

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact Hello@maggiestanks.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. 

Your statutory right to cancel (UK and EU customers)

Separately from the 90-day guarantee above, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days after cancelling to send the item back. If you cancel under this statutory right, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery cost, though you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

Order cancellations before shipping

If you need to cancel or change an order before it ships, email Hello@maggiestanks.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it, but we can't guarantee a change once an order has already been processed for shipping.
