Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Wear your Maggies Tanks, wash it, and live in it. If you're not happy with it for any reason within 90 days of delivery, send it back and we'll give you a full refund of the price you paid.
How to return or exchange
- Email Hello@maggiestanks.com with your order number and tell us if you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
- Send the item back. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund arrives.
Refunds
- Returns sent within 90 days of delivery get a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
- Items can be worn and washed. They don't need tags or original packaging.
- We refund your original payment method (PayPal). The refund shows on your account within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
Bundle offers (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free)
If you return every tank from a bundle, you get back everything you paid. If you return only some of them, the price you paid is shared equally between all the tanks in the bundle, and we refund that share for each tank you send back. For example, Buy 2 Get 1 Free costs $79.94 for 3 tanks, so each tank returned is refunded $26.66.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email Hello@maggiestanks.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you won't need to pay any return shipping.
Cancelling an order
To cancel or change an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been prepared for shipping yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under the 90-day guarantee above.
UK and EU customers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is in addition to our 90-day guarantee.
Before disputing a charge
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. We'll do our best to put it right, and it's usually faster than disputing the charge with PayPal or your bank.
